Probably post-war, but a pre-war design. Very slack head and tube angles. 597 wheels with new generic tires. Bayliss Wiley hubs with Bayliss wingnuts up front and Cyclo Benelux wingnuts in the back. These wingnuts are probably worth something. However, the rear 5 piece hub has a loose cup and probably cannot be repaired and the front hub axle threads need to be cleaned up, Either that or you might need to order a new axle from Peter Paine, Hillary Stone or Bikeville.com. If you've never heard of BW, look here Rims are in good shape. 590 or 650B wheels would work if you want to use nicer tires. Very pretty stem. Grips are real rubber reproductions of 1950s style Raleigh DL1 grips.
